D5.4 Rules gap analysis

Rules gap analysis report includes an overview about the current applicable regulations and requirements for ESS system in order to identify possible gaps or inconsistency with the ESS system design subject of the research project. All relevant regulations will be listed establishing also the goal and functional requirements relevant to the ESS system. The need of perspective technical requirements will be also dealt in the report.
